A high-energy, full-body workout combining boxing techniques with strength and cardio. Build endurance, boost power, and leave feeling strong, sweaty, and unstoppable. No experience needed, just bring your energy.
Wim Hof Breathing
A guided breathwork session to calm the mind, energise the body, and reset your nervous system. Just 15 minutes of focused breathing can offer loads of benefits, including improved focus, reduced stress, better sleep, and faster recovery.
Perfect as a lead-in to cold immersion or a powerful reset on its own.
Sweat
A combination of all class themes. A session that will really get your sweat on.
Movement
A class to challenge your mobility and improve overall physical function. Perfect for everyone, including those starting their fitness journey, post injury, or as a gentle class to mix up the training week.
Conditioning
A class to really get your heart rate going, with a strong focus on aerobic capacity.
Cold Plunge
A guided class to experience the benefits of hot and cold immersion in a supportive group setting. You’ll be guided through the process, with space to breathe, reflect, and come out feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
Coaching Hour
The most flexible class, a dedicated time where specific movement and exercise coaching is available. A time to be coached through any specific movements or more technical exercises from programs, or classes. A great time to get you feeling up to speed, and comfortable to be able to do any move on your own.
