Wim Hof Breathing
A guided Wim Hof breathwork session designed to calm the mind, energise the body, and reset your nervous system. In just 15 minutes, experience benefits such as improved focus, reduced stress, better sleep, and faster recovery. Perfect as a lead-in to cold immersion or a powerful standalone reset.

Most of our classes run for 45–60 minutes, giving you a complete workout or recovery session without taking up your whole day.

Just comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and a water bottle. Most classes provide any equipment you’ll need, like mats, boxing gloves, bands, or weights.
