You don’t need to bring much, just yourself! We provide towels for you to use during your session, so no worries if you forget one. It’s best to wear light, breathable clothing or whatever you feel comfortable in, some people prefer minimal clothing to sweat more freely. Bringing a water bottle is a good idea to stay hydrated before and after your session.
