  • Refund Policy

    Payments and Billing
    • Fees are payable at the time of booking or immediately after your session (depending on the service).
    • Late cancellation fees (within the allowed notice window) may be charged automatically.
    • No payment is required if you cancel within the allowed time frame (see below).
    • If Launch cancels a class or appointment, any payments made will be refunded or credited.

    Refund Eligibility
    Refunds or fee waivers may be granted in the following cases:
    • A Launch staff member cancels your session or is unable to deliver the service.
    • A technical failure (on our end) prevents the delivery of a virtual session.
    • You experience a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstance. We review these compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

    Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds or credits will not be issued if:
    • You cancel a class, session, or service within 12 hours of the scheduled time (50% late cancellation fee applies, or as specified by service).
    • You do not attend a booked class or appointment without notice (full fee applies).
    • You change your mind about a prepaid membership, multi-pass, or booking outside the refund window.
    • You are dissatisfied with an outcome but the service was delivered professionally and within scope, results may vary based on individual participation, effort, or context.

    Rescheduling or Credits
    We aim to be fair and flexible. In some situations, we may offer:
    • A credit to your account for future use
    • A no-fee reschedule for valid emergencies or first-time circumstances
    • Substitutions for a different class or service type
    This is assessed case by case and at our discretion.

    Products and Digital Purchases
    Refunds for products (e.g. merchandise or digital downloads) will follow the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be provided where a product is:
    • Faulty
    • Not as described
    • Unsafe or significantly different from its advertised use
    Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a product to request a return or exchange.

    How to Request a Refund or Credit
    To request a refund, reschedule, or fee waiver, email us at hello@launchpmw.com.au with:
    • Your full name
    • Appointment or purchase date
    • Reason for your request
    We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

    Legal Compliance
    This refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under ACL, you may contact us or refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC): www.accc.gov.au
