2. Bookings and Appointments

Bookings for classes, recovery sessions, manual therapy, or consultations must be made through our website or booking platform (e.g. Setmore).

Certain services may require you to complete an intake or consent form prior to your first appointment.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, and no-shows may be charged in full.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are outlined on our website and/or booking platform.

By making a booking or purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payments may be processed at the time of booking or immediately after the session.

All sessions and memberships are privately billed, no Medicare or bulk billing applies.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Classes or bookings cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice: No fee.

• Cancellations within 12 hours: May be charged 50% of the session/class fee.

• No-shows without notice: May be charged the full session/class fee.

• Exceptions for emergencies are at Launch’s discretion.

Some services or membership types may have specific cancellation terms, these will be communicated at time of sign-up or booking.

5. Use of Facilities and Website

You agree to use our website, gym, and recovery spaces respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

• Upload or share harmful, misleading, or illegal content

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our website or operations

• Violate safety rules within the facility

We may restrict access or membership at our discretion if unsafe or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

6. Health, Safety, and Responsibility

You acknowledge that physical exercise and recovery activities (e.g. sauna, cold plunge) carry inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that you:

• Are physically able to take part, or have received appropriate medical clearance

• Will inform us of any injuries, conditions, or relevant health information

• Accept responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing

Launch is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment, facilities, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you access coaching, manual therapy, or health consultations, information shared will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. serious risk to self or others).

8. Professional Scope and Conduct

All service providers at Launch (e.g. coaches, therapists, allied health practitioners) work within their professional scope and registration (where applicable).

We do not offer emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 000 or present to your nearest hospital.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client behaves abusively, poses a safety risk, or breaches these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and printed materials — including branding, graphics, downloads, and written copy — remains the property of Launch. You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
